PD-Trak is a new product development (NPD) project/portfolio management system that is based on a configurable stage/phase-gate process. It provides management with visibility across development projects, prioritizes the project portfolio, and plans resource requirements across projects. PD-Trak provides tools and templates to guide a product team and help them determine that a sound business case exists for a development project. It complements and integrates with project management tools such as MS Project and provides graphical performance reporting.
