Todd Lapenna joined CalPERS in September 2009 as Portfolio Manager for the newlydeveloped Infrastructure Investments program. Mr. Lapenna has over 13 years of infrastructurefinance and investing experience in the U.S. and Canada acting as principal and banker/ financier. Prior to joining CalPERS, Mr. Lapenna held various positions over an 8 year period in New York including Senior Vice President covering Infrastructure at RBS and Director/ SVP covering renewable energy and power generation at CIT. Mr. Lapenna holds an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration, specialized in Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University (Waterloo, Canada), the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute and the Financial Risk Manager designation awarded by GARP.
