Enterprise Analysis: Selecting and Managing Projects for Value This knowledge area of the Business Analysis Book of Knowledge provides the knowledge and skills needed to conduct the activities performed during the Enterprise Analysis (EA) phase of the Business Solutions Life Cycle (BSLC).
