The Project Management of this project uses the tools and techniques as used in all projects to maintain cost, schedule and scope. However, the additional difficulty in this project was how the new technology for containment had to be incorporated into the project deliverables. This presentation will share some of the techniques and challenges the project leadership needed to employee to deliver a world class potent drug containment facility.
