Project Management Leadership: Leaving a Legacy Beyond the 15th Minute

You manage things. You lead people. Two sentences. Just six words. These seemingly simple statements are actually quite profound when you consider the distinction between the two. Hold to only the first sentence and, as a project manager, you can deliver a successful project. Embrace both and you can deliver that same successful project PLUS leave behind a group of people that have been positively impacted and positioned for future success.
