Patrick Lencioni is the founder and president of The Table Group, Inc., a specialized management-consulting firm focused on organizational health. He has been described by The One-Minute Manager's Ken Blanchard as "fast defining the next generation of business thinkers."

Lencioni's passion for organizations and teams is reflected in his writing, speaking, and consulting. He is the author of six nationally recognized books, including The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, which continues to be highlighted on The New York Times, BusinessWeek, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today best-seller lists. Lencioni's latest book, Silos, Politics, and Turf Wars, is following suit with strong early sales. His previous successes also include Death by Meeting, The Four Obsessions of an Extraordinary Executive, The Five Temptations of a CEO, and Overcoming the Five Dysfunctions of a Team: A Field Guide.

Lencioni's work has been featured in numerous publications such as Fast Company, INC Magazine, USA Today, Entrepreneur, Drucker Foundation's Leader to Leader, and Harvard Business Review.

Prior to founding The Table Group, Inc., Pat worked at Bain & Company, Oracle Corporation, and Sybase, where he was vice president of organizational development. He also served on the National Board of Directors for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of American from 2000-2003.
