Cynthia C. Froggatt, author of "Work Naked:  Eight Essential Principles for Peak Performance in the Virtual Workplace" (Wiley, 2001) and Principal of Froggatt Consulting LLC, advises clients on leveraging the value of geographically distributed teams.  She studied environmental psychology and organizational behavior, earned a bachelor's degree from Penn State in 1982 and a master's degree from Cornell University in 1985, and started her own consulting practice in 1994.  As the Director of Workplace Effectiveness at Cisco Systems in 2005-2006, she led their Cisco Connected Workplace and Cisco Connected Real Estate teams.
