A new closed-loop Gift Card Retailer Alliance has been formed to advance specific causes of closed loop gift card retailers. This session will compare, contrast and look at trends in regulation that will be valuable to industry participants that currently offer, or are considering offering, multi-country programs.

Part 2: Key Issues in the Negotiation of Prepaid Card Deals
This session will identify key issues in the contracting process from the perspective of different industry participants, including banks, program managers, processors and card distributors (e.g., retailers). The speakers have represented all sides of the industry. Drawing on that experience, they will discuss contracting pitfalls and the elements of a successful
contract negotiation.
