Last year we introduced the Prepaid Meeting Concierge Service to help facilitate your business research and meetings. We will be offering this unique service again in 2011 to make your Expo experience as care free and enjoyable as possible.

The Prepaid Concierge provides attendees with first class services including reserved on-site meeting space and smaller rooms which can be reserved in 20 minute increments on-site.

We will have a dedicated phone line in the months leading up to the Expo to book and manage your high-level and confidential on-site meetings. This initiative is aimed at giving our attendees the most flexibility within the conference program to get business done and still attend program sessions– do let us know what you think!
