This correspondence is regarding PMI PDU credits for the 12th Annual Strategic & Operational Portfolio Management conference held on February 26-28, 2007 in Clearwater Beach, FL. In order to receive PDU credits for this conference, you must contact PMI after you have attended the conference to report your attendance. You will need the following information when contacting PMI.

4. Name of Provider - Institute for International Research
5. Provider Number - IIR's provider number is 1226
6. Program Number – M1926A
7. Amount of PDU's – 19.5 PDU's (Maximum amount that you can receive for all days, credit breakdowns are below if you did not attend each day of conference. Add each day that attended for your PDU credit total).

PDU CREDIT BREAKDOWN:
2/26/07 Pre-Conference AM Half Day Workshop A = 2.75 PDUs
2/26/07 Pre-Conference PM Half Day Workshops C or D = 2.75 PDUs
2/26/07 Pre-Conference All Day Workshop B = 6 PDUs
2/27/07 Main Conference Day 1 = 7.75 PDUs
2/28/07 Main Conference Day 2 = 5.75 PDUs

Maximum:
Workshops A + C or D + Main Conference Days 1 & 2 = 19 PDUs
Workshop B + Main Conference Days 1 & 2 = 19.5 PDUs

You may report your PDUs via the PMI website www.pmi.org. Once you get to the homepage of the PMI website, in the middle of the screen you will see an icon that says "Professional Development & Careers," click on the phrase "Certification Program." Once you get to the Certification Program page on the left hand side, you will see a small blue screen. Click on the phrase that says, "Continuing Certification Requirements." A drop down option will appear, and then you click on the phrase that says "Claim/View PDUs." Click on this phrase and it will prompt you to put in items 8, 9 & 10 listed above, and then you click on the phrase that says, "PMI PDU Self Report Form."

Upon typing in the required information, follow the instructions as prompted by the website. Completing these steps will immediately report your PDUs to PMI. Please be sure to retain all records received upon registering for this conference incase of an audit.
