Specialty pharmacy resources are underutilized nationally in helping patients & healthcare professionals gain access to NEEDED specialty drugs. Specialty pharmacies are the triage resource partner that will facilitate co-payment assistance that is often required especially when patients fall into “Part D financial donut holes.” As the new drug distribution models & reimbursement landscape continue to become more complicated for all stakeholders, it is critical to understand the extensive support that is available through your specialty pharmacy partners.
