Getting to the Airport:
The Orlando International Airport is the most convenient choice if you are flying into Orlando. From there, it's just a short 20 minute drive to Disney's Contemporary Resort, OR reserve your spot on the free Disney's Magical Express shuttle.
How to Book:
A block of rooms at a discounted rate will be held at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Please contact reservations at (407) 824-3869 or visit http://www.disneyurl.com/IIRConference . Guests calling to make reservations must identify themselves as part of the "IIR Conference" to receive the group rate. If you would like to arrive prior to 11/11/11 and/or depart after 11/16/11 you must call the reservations number and cannot book on the web. Rooms are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis. The cutoff date to reserve rooms at the negotiated rate is October 20, 2011.
