Can you accommodate a food allergy and/or a special dietary requirement?
All dietary requirements can be accommodated by the venue. If you have a specific food allergy or a special dietary requirement, please advise our customer service representatives when making your reservation and we will accommodate you.
What about air conditioning?
With each attendee having their own ‘ideal' temperature for conference rooms, it is not always possible to please everyone. However, if you tend to feel the cold you are encouraged to bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions.
Do I have to reserve the track sessions?
You do not have to stay in one track and can therefore mix and match sessions to design the conference program most suitable for you. We have allocated rooms as carefully as we can to try and ensure that there is room for you, whichever session you choose to attend. However, there may be occasions when an individual session within a track proves so popular that all the seating is taken up. If this occurs, due to strict fire regulations, no further people will be admitted to the session and an alternative session will have to be found.
We cannot reserve seats for you and if you wish to sit at the front, please arrive early at the sessions. We expect the event to be sold out so to ensure latecomers do not disturb any of the sessions please ensure you do not leave gaps when you take your seat. By doing this any vacant seats should be at the back of the rooms making it easy for latecomers to sit down. Thank you!
If you are in a particular session and you find it is not what you expected, you are free to change to another session. However, out of respect for the speaker and other delegates in the room please leave as quietly as possible. If you feel there is some doubt at the start of the session that it is the right one for you, it is advisable to sit at the back or side of the room so you cause minimum disruption if you do decide to leave.
Will there be an exhibition?
Our sponsors are exhibiting Sunday evening, November 12 to Tuesday afternoon, November 14.
Will I get conference documentation?
Your registration packet contains a CD-ROM with all presentations submitted at the time of going to press. Outstanding presentations will be available on this site as quickly as possible after the conference has ended.
The CD also holds all speaker biographies. Providing the information in the CD-ROM format delivers a significant benefit as you will have access to the material used across all the track sessions, even those you don't attend.
Will I receive an Attendee List?
eCustomerServiceWorld.com respects the privacy of our conference attendees and does not distribute full participant details. If you are interested in finding out whether a particular person is attending the conference we will make a full list of the attendees, detailing names, job titles and company, available to view at a central location at the conference venue.
Can I smoke?
Smoking is not allowed in many of the public areas of the hotel and especially not in the keynote or track session rooms. Smoking is allowed outside of the main convention center entrance. Thank you for your understanding.
Is there a Mobile phones area?
Please show respect for the speakers and other delegates and ensure your mobile phone is switched off at all times during conference sessions. There are plenty of other areas in and around the conference hotel where you can talk on your phone and check messages.
