The Association of Community Affiliated Plans (ACAP) is made up of 26 health plans that are primarily focused on the Medicaid and SCHIP populations. Together they cover 3.4  million lives. ACAP's mission is to improve the health of vulnerable populations through the support of Medicaid-focused community affiliated health plans committed to these populations and the providers who serve them.
