	CASE STUDIES: No, it’s not cheating. It’s paying respect to good work and lessons learned. Only the best ones worth your time are available for selection.		INTENSIVES: A full day forum focused on best practices and innovations in a particular topic area. More instructive in nature, sessions are led by topic experts and feature a rigorous Q&A component.
	REAL-TIME COLLABORATION EXERCISES: Throughout the event, the larger group will be broken up into small work groups. Your mission will be to complete a task. Facilitators will frame the expertise and then the small group will vote on the best project. Winning groups get to present their work at the show and tell. PB&J supplied.		ROUND ROBINS: It is human nature to travel in a pack. It just gets hard when you have to assemble your own pack from a crowd of many. RRs are pack ready and are a chance for you to tap into the collective experiences of your round robin team. Pose your challenges to your RR team and see what you get.
	1:1 GURU SESSIONS: This is your opportunity to really pick their brains, off the record. Chance of a lifetime. In a small group setting get access to big stage thinkers. Get your questions answered one on one.		CO-COACH & CONNECT: By paring participants in groups of 2 at random and scheduling time for you to debrief as the experience progresses, you get an extra set of eyes and ears. Share with your partner your challenges and explain what you are looking for, and trust that they too will be looking out for you. All of the sudden, your chances of success just doubled. Gotta love those odds.
HUMAN LIBRARY: Ever wonder what you could learn from a ballerina? a mailman? a teacher? a geriatric nurse? a cartographer? a banker? Now you can – check them out – literally from our human library and pick their brain. The lessons will be invaluable and your card doesn’t have a limit – multiple visits to the library encouraged.
