 | About the Workshop Presenter: Ms. Skrabak is a senior level project executive, leading high profile project and programs. She brings over 15 years of professional experience in Portfolio, Program, and Project Management across broad industries such as Biotechnology, Entertainment, and Financial Services. Ms. Skrabak has successfully lead cradle-to-grave complex, multi-million dollar, high profile project and programs such as Project Portfolio Management, a Multi-national E-health Platform, Regulatory Document Management, Clinical Drug Supply System, Learning Management System, Automated Plasma Disposition System, Talent Management System, and Manufacturing Execution System. Her recent assignments include managing a large IS project portfolio, establishing PMO methodologies for US and International expansion projects, and implementing SAP-MES global program across multiple manufacturing sites. Ms. Skrabak currently teaches UCLA Extension's Project Risk Management Online class. She is a distinguished member of the project management community, having served three years as President of the PMI Los Padres. In addition, Ms. Skrabak served as the Edit Lead for PMI's recently updated Second Edition of the Project Manager Competency Development Framework. She is a member of the UCLA Extension Project Management Advisory Board. |

Mr. Cullari was instrumental in the creation of the PMO and has held the Directorship for over four years. Mr. Cullari is a seasoned professional in the Information Technology industry. Mr. Cullari’s areas of expertise include Project Management, Workflow Engineering and Technical Sales. In 2006 his team was awarded the IQPC IT Financial Excellence Award for Best Project Portfolio Management Structure. Mr. Cullari is a frequent speaker at both local and national conferences with emphasis on all aspects of IT Management. Mr. Cullari’s work has been highlighted in CIO Decisions, Computerworld, Insurance & Technology, Tech Decisions and National Underwriter. |
