    • Decision Insight

      By using online virtual shopping to recreate the context of a store, Decision Insight tests retail-specific strategies to optimize product assortment, product placement (in store or on the shelf), POP promotions, pricing, and packaging, by category. 

      By recreating the retail experience, the process measures what consumers “do” as opposed to what they “say”– basing our research on actual behavior, not appeal or likeness scores.
