Epibase® is the de facto standard for computer based immunogenicity screening. The platform identifies T-cell epitopes in protein therapeutics in a truly global context, addressing HLA subtypes present in Caucasian, Hispanic, Oriental and other population groups.

Epibase-IV addresses cellular responses to protein therapeutics in a flow cytometry based format, thereby zooming in to the specific cell populations such as T-helper cells and T-regulatory cells.

Meso Scale Discovery (MSD) develops and markets singleplex and multiplex biomarker assays targeting phosphoproteins, cytokines, and clinical analytes, for use with MSD's SECTOR Imager instruments. Flexible assay formats provide advantages for immunogenicity screening such as excellent drug tolerance, and an expanded set of applications including neutralization, pharmacokinetic, and pharmacodynamics. MSD's platform is based on MULTI-ARRAY technology, a proprietary combination of patterned arrays and electrochemiluminescence detection, enabling large numbers of measurements with exceptional sensitivity, wide dynamic range and convenience.
