FEI Coins: Just as there are 2 sides to a coin, there are always 2 ways to tackle an innovation challenge. Each coin session features two case studies from different industry experts tackling the same challenge.

Within each break-out session there are 6 possible learning formats.

FEI Firestarters: Three industry leaders present 3 short 10-minute presentations on a different areas of the same topic. The remaining time will be left for Q&A and breakout conversations, ending with a wrap-up of key learnings

FEI Champions: These practical, in-depth case studies highlight best in class executives acting as a catalyst for innovation in their organization. These sessions will be very practical and in-depth- focused on what works, what doesn't, and why.
