About the 2013 Challenge - How it Works
Experience first-hand the power that comes from the intersection of collaboration based on content and friendly competition!
Throughout the event, the dynamic group of attendees comes together to produce real solutions to real challenges - including creating an innovation culture, creating a sustainable innovation system, the balance of time, and design thinking. Attendees will form teams on the subject area that is the greatest personal challenge for themselves, and work together through a four part process where the teams will DEFINE (identify the top 3 challenges your team wants to address), DESIGN (create a guide outlining each of the 3 challenges), DEVELOP (prepare your final output), and DELIVER (present your challenges and solutions to your peers). The final two winning teams (as voted by your conference peers) will face off on stage and present in front of the entire group.
