Unlocking Gas Opportunities 2012- Developing Tight Oil, Natural Gas and Floating LNG

The explosion of local gas resources has led to a flurry of investment and production activities across North America. While some paths to profitable gas ventures are well plotted, several questions remain around monetize tight oil and Floating LNG. In addition, problem remain with regards to permitting, drilling and waste water management for natural gas developments. At Unlocking Gas Opportunities 2012 industry leaders and investors will come together to discuss public private partnerships and business opportunities in tight oil, natural gas and floating LNG.

Infrastructure- Invest Infrastructure 2012

Infrastructure upgrades and network expansion are vital in the race to supply America with cleaner energy. Given the amount of projects in need of financial backing and the potential of public private partnerships, the investment opportunities in energy infrastructure are immense. Invest Infrastructure 2012 will examine investments into energy infrastructure in the form of electricity generation, transmission and distribution.

Participants at this event will discuss investment opportunities in pipeline and transmission expansion, increasing resource and operation efficiency, capacity market prospects, integrating renewable energy sources and natural gas into the grid, risk management and regulatory compliance. Updates from policy makers and regulators will serve to remove uncertainties as investors and industry leaders examine financial mechanisms such as MLPs and PPPs for infrastructure development.

Investment- LP2GP: Energy Investment Summit

The LP2GP Energy Investment Summit will bring together 50 institutional investors with 50 money managers and consultants to explore the opportunities of energy investments. Participants and delegates will investigate a range of topics, including discussion of the risks and benefits of diversifying portfolios with alternative energy assets, investigating the policy and regulatory risks surrounding these types of investments, reviewing the future of energy commodities, the role of renewable energy investments and survey the bourgeoning landscape of natural gas.

Attendees are guaranteed up to 15 one-on-one meetings during the two day event; along with working lunches with government stakeholders, dinners with industry leaders and golfing outings to discuss business opportunities.
