1)      Lifetime Achievement Award

Congratulations to David Leventhal, Director of Clinical Innovation, Pfizer
David Leventhal has been with Pfizer for 15 years. His current role at Pfizer is influencing the external Health IT landscape and incubating innovation opportunities in the R&D and Commercial environments. In particular, he is focused on the use of healthcare data and technologies in order to innovate Clinical Trials Operations processes and improve external understanding of the value of Pharmaceutical Research.

David is a founding member of the Partnership to Advance Clinical electronic Research (PACeR) Collaborative, holds a Project Leadership Committee seat, and has pursued this effort as part of a broader strategy to establish a network of high quality, de-identified, clinical practice data for applications in the Clinical Research Enterprise.

2)      eClinical Product Innovation Award

Oracle is this year's recipient because of their latest applications that reflect the convergence of healthcare and life sciences and the launch of the Oracle Health Sciences Institute, which is focused on accelerating IT innovation to advance personalized medicine and the delivery of safe and effective treatments to patients around the globe.
