WEB SEMINAR DESCRIPTION:
Companies are ever more reliant on alliances to reach there strategic goals – In fact, it is not too much to say that most pharmaceutical and biotech organizations have strategies which are fundamentally reliant on partnering to succeed. That said, few if any organizations – or the leaders of those organizations – have truly considered the organizational implications of that fact. Of all of these implications, none is more important than those for partnership governance. Indeed, the lack of effective alliance governance is among the most significant causes of alliances failing to meet their goals. In this seminar Stuart Kliman of Vantage Partners will discuss what effective governance entails, what it looks like when it is working well and when it is not, and what organizations can do to ensure that governance is truly missioned to create value for both the alliance and the parent companies.
