An online, self-administered questionnaire that assesses an individual's creative cognition and behavior to create a baseline for understanding. • Analysis of corporate creative cases and authentic training in creative mindset

• Learn how to lead WITH creativity. This means that they use creativity themselves, bring forward innovative ideas, try new approaches, are effective storytellers, aren't afraid to break conventions and they interact with others in a way that promotes collaboration and creative thinking.

• Learn how to lead FOR creativity. This is about having the skills and tools to get the best creative outcome out of others. This includes setting the right environment (and assessing where the organization is today), providing resources and feedback, providing guidance and decision making to prevent innovation efforts from stalling, and putting effective performance incentives in place.
