As a speaker you are automatically registered for the event. You are only required to make hotel and travel reservations.

Audiovisual Requirements


All meeting rooms will be equipped with the following audiovisual equipment:

  • An LCD projector
  • A Laptop
  • A podium microphone
  • Table microphones

Please advise in the form below if you will require any special equipment for your presentation such as a DVD player, Flip Chart or any other item not listed above.

Presentation/Handout Materials


The most common complaint we receive from attendees is that speakers don't include handouts for their presentations in the conference workbook. Therefore we require that ALL speakers submit, at a minimum, an outline of their presentation. If multimedia presentations are used, we request an electronic version of the presentation so that we can load it in advance on our conference computer and produce hard copies for our documentation book.

NOTE: If you're unable to provide your presentation or outline by the deadline, it is your responsibility to reproduce and provide copies, and it is also at your expense.

Presentations should be emailed to Danielle Mayer (dmayer@iirusa.com). If your presentation file is too large to send via email, you can:

Hotel Information

All speakers are required to make their own travel/accommodation arrangements.

A block of rooms will be held at the Marriott Marquis Times Square, 1535 Broadway, New York,NY 10036. However, to receive our discounted room rate, all hotel bookings must be made through our travel partner, Global Executive. Global Executive can be reached via:
